Rocky aur Rani ki prem Kahani teaser review : We are loving it and this is why!
The trailer of Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani dropped just a couple of hours ago and we just can’t keep calm because the film seems to bring back the old larger-than-life typical Bollywood charm . Nobody does larger-than-life family Bollywood stories than Karan Johar and so everyone is excited that he is finally directing a whole movie and with such a stellar cast. The film stars established veteran stars like Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and the stars of today – Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt.

Right from the first frame, the film looks grand and high on emotional drama. Karan Johar has used Arijit Singh’s soulful voice in the form of ‘Tum kya mile’ to introduce the star cast and the story to the audiences and this magic has worked. People are already in love with the song and the comments section is flooded with Arijit fans. The online community is loving the usual grand sets, colourful dance sequences, the typical Karan Johar ‘doing the pooja together’ sequences.

While the first half sees Ranveer and Alia indulging in some romantic koochie-koos, the second half looks more intense with the quintessential family drama taking centre stage and involving lots of arguments and tears. While Ranveer looks his usual energetic self, Alia looks mesmerizing in all her sarees. The veteran cast seems to have important roles in the film and all of them look good. While Dharmendra seems to be playing the soft-hearted , buddy -vibe grandfather, Jaya Bachchan seems to be playing a strict and uptight matriarch of the family. What exactly is the story is not revealed in the trailer and this is a good thing but whatever is shown is already good enough to keep people hooked onto the film and eagerly wait for it.

The trailer has already raised the expectations of the audiences and we just can’t wait to watch the film on 28th July in theatres.
