Big B turned 81 today! But can you really believe it? He is as energetic as a 30 year old and his zest for life does not seem to diminish even for a bit. He is doing something that he loves doing the most and till this day, roles are written just for him and he can easily carry an entire film on his own shoulders. He has given some amazing films in his more than five decade long career and more are to follow. Here is the list of five most awaited films of Big B:

1. Ganpath : A Hero is Born
Scheduled for a theatrical release on 20th October 2023, this film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles. The film is set up in a dystopian world where Guddu transforms to Ganapath, a mercenary who sets out on a mission to safeguard his people from a notorious syndicate headed by Dalini. The trailer of the movie has already garnered a lot of eyeballs and people have given excellent reviews to it.

2. Kalki 2898 AD
The trailer of this film has broken records as it looks just out of this world and extremely astounding. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Hassan in pivotal roles. When the cast is so impressive imagine the film. This film too explores the dystopian world theme just like Ganpath . A modern-day avatar of Vishnu, a Hindu god, who is believed to have descended to earth to protect the world from evil forces is Kalki and he changes everything. The film is expected to release in January 24.

3. Section 84
Remember Pink? This film too is going to be a court room drama and Big B has an important role in it. Diana Penty and Nimrat Kaur star along side Big B in this film . A lot has not been revealed about the film including its release date but the film is expected to release by the end of this year.

4. Tera Yaar Hoon Main
The cast of the film is super interesting. The director of the film T. Tamilvanan has cast Amitabh Bachchan, SJ Suryah and Ramya Krishnan in pivotal roles. This unconventional casting itself is enough to arouse curiosity for the film. A lot about the film is still under wraps which makes it even more desirable.

5. The Intern
The film is a remake of a Hollywood film with the same name. The film originally had Deepika Padukone and Rishi Kapoor ji in the lead roles but after the sudden demise of Rishi ji , Amitabh Bachchan stepped in to his shoes. The film is eagerly awaited as the pairing of Amitabh and Deepika has always struck a cord with the audiences.
