Aamir says Twinkle Khanna’s biggest talent is insulting people!
Twinkle Khanna is at that juncture of her life where she does not need an introduction. She is a celebrity in her own right and not because of her acting chops. She dabbled in acting for some time but realised it wasn’t her cup of tea. She settled in domesticity after marrying Akshay Kumar and then revived her childhood hobby of writing. And writing was what made her a celebrity again. She already has three well received books in her name and she writes for some major publications. In short, Twinkle found her true calling in writing.

The best secrets about a person are spilled by their friends and family. So it was at the launch of one of her books that some secrets were spilled. At the event Twinkle revealed that she was doing ‘Mela’ with Aamir at that time and was also in love with Akshay. She was in that clueless state where she really did not know what she was doing in the film industry. Aamir lectured her and asked her ‘what are you doing? Why are you behaving like this? You are not even focusing on work’. Twinkle replied,’I am thinking about Akshay’. Aamir almost slapped me. I still remember we were somewhere outdoors. Aamir was obviously perplexed with her answer and wasn’t sure if this really happened.

Taking the matter further Aamir who has been friends with Twinkle for quite some time revealed Twinkle’s real talent in a funny way. Aamir said : “I thought she was fantastic. All of us have different abilities, I mean that. And Twinkle is really talented in some of the most amazing activities like insulting people. She is an expert in insulting people. All through my life, since I have known her, she has just constantly insulted me.” The audience were in splits listening to the fun banter between these two friends. And yes, it did tickle our funny bones too! There is no doubt that Twinkle is witty and knows how to twist words to make her point!
