The Zhuoda group of China, has assembled a house by 3D printing technology. This entire process, of printing out the required parts for the construction of the building, was printed in just ten days. The actual arranging to these modules took just three hours, and was done in front of a group of onlookers, in order to display the ease of building. The people were later invited to can a view of the interiors.

The company files 22 petitions for the use of this technology and is quite secretive about their plans and methods or materials of preparation.Although, we know publicly, that the material used to making this house, is shock proof and fire resistant. Each room supports individual weight and will be able to withstand earthquakes. No toxic materials were used in the making.

This 200 square foot with all its uniqueness, ranges from only $81,000-$96,000. The customers are offered the options of finish using wood, marble or jade, granite.
Further lowering of prices, would occur soon with advancements in 3D technology.
