3 Simple stretching exercises to relieve back pain when you do not have much time!
Back pain is a common problem that can affect people of all ages. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including poor posture, injury, and stress. Back Pain has become quite chronic nowadays because of jobs involving long sitting hours and kitchens that have platforms where women have to do all the work while standing. Earlier kitchens used to be lower where women sat and did all the work which did not put pressure on their backs. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution for back pain, stretching can be a helpful way to relieve pain and improve flexibility. If you are experiencing back pain and are also short on time then try these 3 simple basic stretching exercises. These will surely give some relief to you.

1 Knee-to-chest stretch
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Bring one knee towards your chest and hold it with both hands. Gently pull your knee towards your chest until you feel a stretch in your lower back. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.

2 Cat-cow pose
Start on your hands and knees with your back in a neutral position. As you exhale, round your back like a cat, tucking your chin towards your chest. As you inhale, arch your back like a cow, looking up towards the ceiling. Repeat 10 times.

3 Child’s pose
Kneel on the floor with your knees hip-width apart. Bring your torso down to your thighs and rest your forehead on the floor. Spread your arms out in front of you, palms down. Hold for 30 seconds.

These are just a few of the many simple stretching exercises that you can do to relieve back pain. It is important to find stretches that are comfortable for you and to do them regularly. Stretching should not cause pain. If you experience any pain, stop the stretch immediately.

In addition to stretching, there are other things that you can do to help relieve back pain, such as:

Losing weight if you are overweight or obese
